Bubbly Berry Vodka Spritzer
A sweet strawberry cocktail is the perfect companion on a lazy spring afternoon. Have some fun with this vivacious spritzer made with one of our favorite vodka mixers: lemon-lime soda.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Fresh strawberries
- Sprig of rosemary
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2 oz Equality Vodka
- 4 oz Lemon-lime soda (use mineral water to reduce the sugar content)
- Fresh mint leaves
In a shaker, add the strawberries and rosemary. Muddle vigorously to release their fresh flavor. Next, add the lemon juice, vodka, and soda. Stir lightly until the ingredients are well combined.
Fill a pint glass with ice and strain your fruity concoction into the glass.
Dress this darling drink up with a pinch of mint leaves as garnish, or leave it as is. As spring's hottest bartender, we'll let you call the shots!
Piña Mule
This spring favorite is a tropical twist on the ever-so-popular Moscow mule. While the primary vodka mixer in this cocktail is ginger beer (a classic!), the drink shines a spotlight on a tart yet refreshing star: pineapple juice.
Ingredients
- 2 oz fresh pineapple juice (or store bought)
- 1/2 oz of fresh lime juice
- 2 oz Equality Vodka
- 4 oz ginger beer
- Fresh pineapple slice (per glass)
- Fresh lime slices
This quick and easy cocktail requires no fancy equipment. Start by adding your pineapple and lime juices to a copper mule mug. Next, add the vodka and toss in a few ice cubes.
Top the ingredients with ginger beer, making your drink as strong or balanced as you like.
Finally, bring the fun, fruity flavors to this spin on a classic cocktail by adding a slice of pineapple and a slice of lime to the rim of your mug. Sip and enjoy!
Spiked Shirley Temple
Take this kid classic to a sophisticated level with this succulent adult beverage. Perfect for any occasion, this flavor fusion is a delightful trip down memory lane. Here's what you need to create a simple but delectable vodka cocktail.
Ingredients
- 4 oz Lemon-lime soda (use mineral water to reduce the sugar content)
- 1.5 tbsp of grenadine
- 1.5 oz orange juice
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1.5 oz of Equality Vodka
- 2 whole cherries
In honor of the classics – of the drink variety and the marvelous miss Shirley Temple herself – this cool cocktail deserves a mason jar.
Fill your jar half-way with the soda, then add the grenadine, orange juice, and lemon juice. Next, make it "grown up" by adding your vodka.
Lightly stir the ingredients together and plop a few ice cubes in there for posterity.
Finally, make it a refreshing spring ensemble by topping your drink with a pair of fresh cherries. You get extra points if you can pluck them right off a blooming vine.
No cheating! Save the maraschino cherries for when the freshies aren't in season. You shouldn't have any hard knocks finding plump, juicy cherries this time of year!
